SHIPPING POLICY

At PrintNest3D, we strive to ensure that your order reaches you safely and in a timely manner. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

We deliver to any and all postal addresses across India. Therefore, we request you to provide a full street address with a pin code/zip code.

To ensure the quickest confirmed delivery of all orders to India, please be sure to include the COMPLETE postal address with the correct PIN CODE. We cannot be responsible for postal delays resulting from incomplete address listings.

Please note that the customer bears the responsibility for all shipments to colleges, schools, hostels, and offices. If the school’s warden does not accept your package or it is refused for any reason, PrintNest3D will under no circumstances issue a refund or credit to the customer’s account. For a special or preferred delivery date, the sender must mention the delivery date in the gift message box when placing their order. If the order does not contain any delivery date, then it will be delivered at the first opportunity, as soon as possible.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after order confirmation.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

  • In case of high order volumes, processing may take slightly longer. Customers will be informed in such situations.

Shipping Timeline

  • Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 5–10 business days, depending on your location and courier service availability.

  • Please note that orders to J&K, military addresses, and rural domestic addresses may require two or more additional days for delivery.

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or regional restrictions.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or WhatsApp (if provided during checkout).

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect after dispatch.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery with clear images or an unboxing video.

  • We are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by the courier service, but we will assist you in raising a concern wherever possible.
